Wholesale Soccer Trackers for Clubs, Schools and Resellers
A purchasing process built for organisations that buy in tens or hundreds — samples first, specification in writing, delivery worldwide.
Who buys in volume, and why the requirements differ
Bulk enquiries come from four kinds of buyer. An academy group with several sites needs consistent hardware and a platform that keeps squads separate without duplicating administration. A school or PE department needs kits that survive being handed out by teachers and returned at the end of a lesson. A club buying for several age groups cares about load and match-day readiness. A reseller is buying availability, documentation and a support path.
The hardware is the same in all four cases; the difference is configuration — sensors per squad, default metrics, account structure, and what happens when a device is lost or a coach leaves.
What a wholesale order can include
Everything below is part of the standard product or an agreed configuration — nothing is a paid add-on invented for the quotation.
25 g ankle sensors
A 9-axis IMU with edge computing, worn at the ankle so the foot is measured directly rather than inferred from torso movement.
20+ metrics per player
Ball contacts, passing and shooting actions, left/right balance, sprints, top speed, distance and training load, per session.
Raw IMU export
The underlying sensor stream is exportable, so your organisation can run its own models or archive the raw data.
Open API
Session and player data can be pushed into club management, school or federation systems instead of living in a silo.
Private deployment
Cloud by default, or on your own infrastructure where player data cannot leave the network.
OEM and branding options
Logo, packaging and platform branding for resellers, with the same MOQ structure as our OEM programme.
Order tiers and minimum quantities
There are three practical tiers. Evaluation orders start from 10 units so a coach or buyer can test before a committee signs anything. Squad and site orders scale from there in whatever multiple your programme needs — a 20-player squad, a four-site academy group, a school district rolling out year by year. OEM production orders start from 100 units and apply when the hardware, packaging or software carries your brand.
Mixed configurations are possible in one order: plain units for a club plus branded packaging for a reseller in the same region. What we avoid is a hidden tier, where the price of the second order depends on a volume nobody mentioned.
The purchasing process, step by step
- Requirement. Player numbers, age groups, sessions per week, number of sites, and whether you need branding or private deployment.
- Configuration proposal. Sensor count, spares, platform accounts and onboarding plan, sent in writing within 24 working hours.
- Sample order. From 10 units. Test on a real pitch with real coaches; the useful question is not whether the sensor works but whether staff will use it in week three.
- Quotation. Unit configuration, accessories, shipping terms and delivery schedule confirmed together, with the currency and payment schedule stated explicitly.
- Production. Units are built and configured against the agreed specification. Any change after this point is a new agreement, not a favour.
- Shipping. Worldwide delivery, with destination, documentation and Incoterms settled before production starts.
- Onboarding and after-sales. Platform setup, staff walkthrough and a named contact for support.
Lead times, shipping and the things that actually delay orders
Lead time depends on quantity, branding scope and whether the platform needs a private deployment, so we confirm it per order in writing rather than quoting a generic number. The delays we see are rarely production delays: artwork that arrives after production was scheduled, a decision-maker who wants one more sample two weeks before the season, or a destination needing documentation nobody ordered.
If you are working to a fixed date — a pre-season start, a school term, a tournament — tell us in the first message. Working backwards from a deadline changes the recommended configuration more often than the budget does.
After-sales at volume
Buying thirty sensors is a hardware purchase; keeping them in service for three seasons is an operations problem. Three things make the difference. Spares: order a small buffer so a lost sensor does not leave a squad short. Account structure: set up squads, age groups and staff roles at onboarding, not after the first confused week. A support path: decide whether staff contact you or us, and make that visible to coaches.
Because raw data and the API are part of the product, you are not locked into our dashboard for reporting. The equipment buying guide covers the wider procurement questions that sit around the sensors.

What is the smallest wholesale order you accept?
Evaluation and sample orders start from 10 units. Squad and site orders scale up from there in whatever multiple your programme needs, and OEM production orders start from 100 units when the product carries your branding.
How long does delivery take?
Lead time depends on quantity, branding scope and whether a private deployment is required, so it is confirmed in writing for each order rather than quoted as a generic figure. Mention a fixed start date — a pre-season or a school term — in your first message so the schedule can be planned backwards from it.
Can we mix branded and unbranded units in one order?
Usually yes. One order can combine plain units for a club with branded packaging for a reseller in the same region. Minimum quantities per variant are set out in the quotation.
Are spares and replacements available after the initial purchase?
Yes, and we recommend a small buffer with the first batch so a lost or damaged sensor does not leave a squad short mid-season. Replacement and support terms are stated in the order documentation.
